7. Payment and Refund

7.1 No Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable upon project cancellation. Final payments are required after project completion (design, development, and content publication) on the test link.
7.2 Extra charges will apply for additional work or revisions not mentioned in the original proposal.
7.3 Payments must be cleared within 20 days of the invoice date, failing which an interest of 18% per annum will be charged.
7.4 Work rejection will not warrant a refund. Gobeens Technology Private Limited is open to revising work to meet expectations.
7.5 For SEO services, at least three months of payments are mandatory for results.
7.6 Hosting and SSL certificates may incur additional costs depending on project requirements.
7.7 Upon completion of the demo link, remaining payments must be made before the final hosting. Failure to pay the balance will lead to legal actions.
7.8 Gobeens Technology Private Limited is not liable for business losses due to design issues or project delays.
7.9 Backup services are not included unless specified in the contract or paid for separately.

8. Transfer of Rights

Rights to the project will be transferred only after receiving the final payment.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9.2 Gobeens Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business loss, data loss, or profit loss.
9.3 Gobeens Technology Private Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality of the Website.
